Sponsorship of TABS

Member Sponsorship
With the establishment of this site comes an initial setup charge including the domain registration and yearly maintenance fee. TABS Administration analyzed these costs and methods of covering them and chose the following course of action. Rather than establish membership fees and all the bookkeeping that would entail, it was decided to approach our membership and ask if there are those who would be willing to consider a donation for the purpose of helping to cover our costs. There is no obligation on the part of any member to donate nor would such a donation provide them with any special recognition or status over those who chose not to sponsor us. Those who do not sponsor us have the same full rights and access as any other (non-administrative) member of TABS. If you would like to consider providing us with a donation please select the Make a Donation button on the right side of the main page.

Corporate Sponsorship
If you have a business related to the gaming hobby and are interested in sponsoring this site we would ask you to contact us at help@tabsonline.net in order to discuss the specifics of your donation. If agreed upon, a banner link advertising their business would be placed on the main page of this site. All such banners are of a standard size and fixed to the location on the page designated for advertising any sponsors. The Toronto Area Boardgaming Society takes no responsibility for the content of the sites of its sponsors. We reserve the right to remove any ad prior the expiration of the terms of the agreement with that respective corporate sponsor if it leads to a page with lots of popups, pornography or things that are generally obnoxious. The ad cannot contain any HTML, CSS or Javascript or it will be declined.
